If I may make you a reccomendation, try staying away from all of your technology and such for a short while, and pray to God and read the bible. When I had some problems with pornography, I did this, and it really did help. I was no longer attacked as hard, I was further away from the world now, and it was harder to tempt me. So, use that time to grow in your faith and rebuild your defenses.

This is VERy good advice. Stay away form the things that trigger your obsession. Yuo are more than addicted. YOU are OBSESSED! This sort of thing is sooo not good for your soul. Pray and stay in your Fathers word. The Good Lord WILL carry you, BUT He WONT "Drag" you! You have to STAND up and face Your GIANT! Gods speed and grace be upon you in your turmoil. He WILL catch you! **JUST LET GO!** of the porno! You CANNOT serve TWO Masters.

Ahh you got it beat you just do not know it yet. If you are seeking to stop by asking for prayers on here its only a matter of time until you and God kick this things butt out of your life. Prayed for you. I understand sorta what you are going through. My mate has a massive collection of porn and it has a hold on him also. Devil sure is a jerk huh.
Amen Agravesx! I agree. The closer you are to God matt99, the harder it will be for you to stray away. There may still be temptation, but when you are putting all of your focus on God and meditating on his word, it will be much easier to resist. "And he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek the Lord" (2 Chron. 12:14). This was speaking about Rehoboam, who in the beginning of his reign had his heart sensitive to God. But his seeking the Lord didn't last long. He didn't prepare his heart. This is what we have to do daily so that we don't start heading in a wrong direction and fall into sin, but can rather stand against it. "be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God" (Romans 12:2). I'm praying for you!
