My wife and I been separated since May 1st. Our 13 year wedding anniversary this month. I love her and want to go home.

Asking for her heart to be soften and she be willing to get counseling or help. Don't know why she hates me so much. Was accuses of a crime but dismissed. I forgive her and praying she forgives me as well for not being a good husband and or father.

We have 3 kids, she has a restraining order on me and a divorce case open and pending.

Praying divorce not go through/ cancelled. Praying restraining order be lifted. Praying our marriage be restored. Praying our family be restored. Praying for our children not to be affected and their minds be restored. Praying for strength, wisdom, peace, patience, restoration , forgiveness, healing, understanding, guidence, a miracle and a breakthrough. I don't wanna loose her or my family and don't want to get divorced but praying for God's will.

Don't know what I can do. I cry a lot as I feel helpless and depressed as I cannot fight for my marriage or family due to restraining order placed. Also don't know what I can do as our wedding anniversary is coming up. I want to tell her I love her but am afraid I could get arrested for violating restraining order by contacting her. But I don't want her to think I hate her or don't love her.

Need a miracle and breakthrough. Ongoing storm and the more I get closer to God, the stronger I am attacked. I am overwhelmed and scared.. 😔

I counseled a good friend last year as he was going through a divorce. It was a very hard season and much pain. It was difficult to watch the toll of depression, anger, and sadness take over him. Only time helped him come to grips with this current reality. All he could do was think and dream about how things were and couldn't bear to think of a future any different. It was hard to see their kids struggle with division.

Today they have joint custody but still do not hardly talk. Praying for you.

i apologize if my words are to strict. i'm naturally a tough guy. how can you not know why she hates you? that doesn't even make sense. it's in your mind somewhere. resurrect it. be honest with yourself at all times. admit, identify, recognize and correct! most likely, both of you are the reason. within your talk with her, all the Godly words must be action she sees & feels to develop permanent confidence in you. practice the issues women dislike the most & get Jesus on the job helping you day & night. go to bed rehearsing lessons. GO ALL OUT FOR HER, ALWAYS!!! as you dream how loving you can be, put it into action. think of how we all enjoyed the dream of fun in new relationships. we say things like....."this is great, we're going to do this & that". 'we're going to go there & here"!!! smile & always keep constant eye contact with her. women are super at realizing men drawing back on love, interest & contact. you got to renew the whole love package. find a Christian psychologist or psychiatrist & pray like crazy. you must know what pleases her whether it's sight, audible, recreation, hugs, respect, sacrifice, etc. blessings to you!

I was sort of thinking the same thing. Not picking on you, @brndvis. But, the Bible says that one man seems right until another comes forward and questions him. There are usually two sides to things like this. Sometimes, the gist of the fault lies with one person, but there are often logs or at least splinters that we have to acknowledge as well.
