My sister, Linda Kay, is now undergoing chemo. That problem she had with her dental work resulted in the possibility of her losing part of her jaw. She says not to worry about it.

She is having more and more hours and days of nausea and pain. Although the chemo seems to have reversed certain of her tissue cancers, the big one, bone cancer, is still causing pain in her back, legs, arms and rib cage.

She had an mri yesterday looking specifically for a brain tumor. She tells me this is due to her nausea. All I know is she is hurting.

She loves the Lord, and she witnesses everywhere especially when in varied cancer centers for check-ups and treatment.

I believe many of you do care, otherwise you would not have read to this point in my little novel here. Please pray for a total healing, and if this is not our Father's will, please pray for her total comfort in Jesus Christ..........

I thank all who pray.

Lord, please be with Linda right now as she is facing this tremendous battle. Touch her with your healing hands and restore every part of her back to her former good health. Give her strength and endurance to not give up in this. Imbue her with peace of mind that no matter the outcome, you are in control and everything will work out according to your plan. Free her from the pain and nausea she is enduring right now, and let the mri results show a favorable outcome. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.

Jack, oh Jack! i am so very sad. :(

i've thought of LK so often this past year. hoped she was well. prayed for her.

Father of mercies, i ask You for mercy for Linda Kay, and for her brother, who loves her.
Thank You, Abba, that You have had your hand always on this dear daughter whom You love,
and that You always will.
Abba, please help us. we do not understand why these sad things happen.
yet we declare we trust You! You have shown Yourself trustworthy. i praise You!
so, loving Father, once again i boldly approach the Throne of Grace for LK.
i agree with Jack in asking You to please heal her body.
but whatever Your perfect will is, Abba, please give her a brighter, more beautiful
revelation of Jesus to sustain her through this time.
And, oh, Lord, my God, please do the same for my dear brother Jack.
it's easier to be the sufferer than to watch someone you love suffer.
Don't let the sadness overwhelm him. Remind him that he already knows that You are God; Your will is not thwarted.
Your purposes toward Your people are always, and only good. We rely on that and thank You for Your great promises.
i ask these things for Jesus' sake, and thank You in His redeeming Name.
