Get around people and start socializing, it will help you to be in community with people who love you and can encourage you, avoid doctors who just prescribe and are impersonal because they are not a great aid, work on everything and work on overcoming your problems with the power God gives you, its what I tried and now I am at the need of supernatural assistance.
