Slipping

can you all keep me in your prayers. long story short i am slipping tremendously. I havent been able to get to church due to work and school scheaduals and i have been sinning alot things i know are sin and i feel this strong regret for them and i know for a fact that the regret is not of God that why i need yalls help ive slipped so far away from God and i want to get back please pray for me that i can get back to Him and find peace again because i am killing myself

Well i be praying for you. The bible says in Romans 8: 2 that you have been freed from the law of sin and death. Claim your freedom from sin and ask God to help find a solution to your current situation. God bless

ive just been stuck in the middle of alot of sinful actions and am finding it hard to get out and really need some help

I will be praying for you. I have been in your shoes before and getting back on track required the difficult choice of leaving friends and family members that were not contributing to my spiritual growth. Study God's word...study study study. You will find His words encourage and strengthen you to turn from sin. I know you can find tiime to study His word and attend church. It is a matter of prioritizing. I have done the fulltime work fulltime student thing so I know it can be done.

yeah im going to youth tonight first time in a long time and i havent had time to read my bible not that i would understand it or how it applies to my life im just confused. i have tried so hard to understand it and i get so emotional when i do get to church because i am so full of regret but yeah i dont know maybe it will hit me one day

Remain diligent. Also, there are excellent study aides/guides for people in every demographic or life situation. This may help you understand your study of the Bible. Many of the Christian bookstores have staff members that could point you in the right direction.

thanks stephen i just want everyone who has been praying for me to know that i did make it to youth tonight and it was a life changer we talked about relationships and all the stuff that has been eating at me heart it was remarkable i broke down in tears and decided to work with God to change my life. I am really trying please keep praying so when i stumble i can get back but thanks to all of you for praying for me

This makes me so sad Fauna. But the Lord is the lifter up! He will make sure that in slipping, we do not fall.

David was very distraught when the prophet told him his judgement. He beat himself, and he bathed in sackcloth and ashes. He tore his clothes and fell to the earth, and threw sand on himself, he was made this low. I told some people of a dream I had with this.

In my dream I did something very wicked, and I did it unwillingly. YES!! unwillingly! And right after I did this in my dream I immediately fell down hard to the ground and mourned like a dead cow, and that crying was so bitter, the type that makes your throat sore. I rolled around in the sand and on my knees, I threw it in my face, my eyes.

Do you remember Ahab?? Ahab did many evil things, the things you have done do not compare to that man's deeds. YET!!!! When God saw Ahab, that he humbled himself, he looked on him and showed mercy and forgave him.

My friend hell is too terrible a place to trust in temporary things. You have to cry out to Jesus, and forsake this world my friend. Forsake this world, and you will not be forsaken of God. I LOVE YOU MY BLESSED FRIEND. IN Jesus Christ!!
