I have decided to just trust that my Lord is always with me and that his plan will be worked in my life because I am His and that I just have nothing to worry about because not even I can stop his plan from happening. He loves me and never leaves nor forsakes me. Don't you just love how gentle His spirit is with you when you feel this way and He shows you his beautiful truth!!! I pray that the fire of God will light your soul, and I pray you have come to a saving faith, that can only come from repentance and faith proven by deeds.
There is nothing worse that being in bondage to willful sin, and I don't know you, so this is just my observations from my life. And what I needed to do to get right with God, the church will tell you to believe, which is a passive belief that Jesus took your wrath, He is now your substitute, and anything you do such as willful sin against Him is lifted from you, this is a lie from the pit. most who profess Christ today are dead to the word as I was for many years, until I woke up repented of my sins, came out of the church system, and sought His great mercy.
Also most who are dead to God spend most of their free time polluting their mind with the vain attractions of this world, then cant figure out why they are spiritually dead! And falling constantly to their flesh.
God has nothing for the double minded, He wants all of you, or nothing, so test yourself to be sure you are in the faith, and not following the false teachers into perdition,who teach you can sin and live,when God made it clear, the soul who sins shall die!
Jas 1:21 Therefore putting aside all filthiness and overflowing of evil, receive in meekness the implanted Word, which is able to save your souls.
Jas 1:22 But become doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
