Is suicide a pardonable or unpardonable sin? Many would lean on the answer, unpardonable sin, but I say when we make a judgement on whether a sin is pardonable or unpardonable, aren't we passing judgement on somebody? Isn't God the only one that can judge? and also, committing suicide is considered by most as a selfish act therefore a sin but isn't the grace of Jesus sufficient to save that person if many pray for that soul? because for sure that soul can't ask for forgiveness, but I would like to think His grace is sufficient to save that person's soul. I would like your opinion. This is not about me, this is about a friend.

Please pray for his family, for the Lord to comfort their hearts. He was 23 years old.

I'm sure it's not of God.. but we can't say whether a suicide victim is in Hell or not.

I use to suicidal, & I know it's not something you just consciously decide. I was tormented by spirits..

But as for going to Hell for it? We can't say.

But I do pose these questions.

How many of your sins were.in the future when Christ died?

All.

How many did He deal with on the cross?

All.

Matt 12:31 "Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. "

Matt 12:32 "And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. "

I would think that suicide itself is --- pardonable...

God's love for us is so great, we cannot begin to understand.
But, Im certain that God's love is great and His judgement is filled with this love.
So rest in His great love, and know His love is with the person in need.

Praying for you and your friend in this struggle, in Jesus Christ is Lord.

God bless
