Please pray for me and my husband. Our business is threatened by circumstances to close down. We are not exactly losing because our sales are still quite enough to pay for bills. It's just that generally, in our city, everyone is experiencing some difficulty financially and so we are also not quite profitable for the last two months. But what is most threatening is that we are losing employees. One got pregnant, one got sick, one had to stay home for her kid, one just quit coz her friend quit, and one seems to be having an attitude problem. We are trying to hire but we have not received applications yet and day after day the business is suffering. We did consider closing it down. The problem is, there are still those who depend on it and somehow, we still do have loyal clients. So that puts us in a dillemma too. If it is God's will for us to go on, please pray with us that God will send workers soonest and also, the we will find a better place to transfer because the one we are currently occupying is not so inviting as it is a very small place. Above all, please pray for guidance that we may know exactly what God wants us to do. We are trying to be still but honestly, this really threatens to rob us of peace. It is difficult but we are trying to be strong in the Lord. From the start we believe God gave us this business.

My dear child, I do not envy you this decision!
My cousin (and close friend) started a business with her husband.
It was really successful for 15 years, and them things started to happen around them.
They wanted to stay open for their clients, too.

It was a bit different for them, as they're even older than I am, and were ready to retire.
But the loyal clientele...they felt responsible to be loyal back. :)

I admire that you know this is God's, and He will do what's best. ♥
You almost begin to think of it as a child, don't you?
Something you started, and saw grow...and feel responsible for.
(my husband owns a business, too)

I have asked the Lord to show you clearly what you should do.
To send employees, and helps to you.
To encourage your hearts in the knowledge that He takes care of you
and everything that concerns you.
I ask for His will...it's always in all things the very best. ♥

Thank you for sharing Ellie, I deeply appreciate it. You are right, it is like a child to us because of how we've taken cared of it. We are truly hoping God intervenes coz tomorrow's another business day again. Our hearts are desperate.

Thank you for your love and prayers. Amazingly last night, though we are still short on manpower, God sent so many clients! Please do keep praying that He will send workers soon. We are encouraged once more and indeed, there is hope in Him. Also, keep praying for favor because we still have a few days before the month ends and then we will have to pay the rent etc.

LOL People who are looking for jobs and reading this are probably wondering....where is this business and can I work there?

Praying that God will comfort you and give you peace in the midst of turmoil and will guide the footsteps of some good workers to you :).

If only :) coz really, our employees enjoy the same benefits regardless of the business' income so generally, the total employee income is greater than our profit :)

The Lord of the Harvest knows all about needing workers to be sent. :)
So again I ask this Lord of the Harvest, our own precious Savior, to send workers to you.
Faithful and honest workers, the same kind He waits for.
Thank You, Lord of All, for hearing our cries for our sister and brother.
Thank You for preparing these good workers for them. ♥
I ask that this time would be soon, as we temporal humans now see 'soon', so this business will go on, and prosper, and You will receive glory.
