To be delivered from homosexuality

Today I have decided to give my life to Jesus. In great part because I know he is the true living God but also because I want to be delivered from homosexuality. I have been this way since age 12.. Well in the name of the Lord i declare my healing. Please everyone pray for me cause it wont be an easy road. God bless

Danny Jesus can do it. I was delivered from being bisexual. From a very young age I was attracted to women but the Lord took that desire away.

Lord, I lift up Danny to you and ask you to take this desire away from him. Lord we thank you that you paid for sin on the cross and delivered us from the bondage of this sin for Danny. I ask that you continue to lead him towards righteousness and show him how to abide in you. Lord we claim Jeremiah 29:11 for Danny- that you have plans to prosper him and give him a hope and future. I kn ow the good work you have started you are faithful to complete. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

One man that I talked to said that as soon as he asked Jesus to specifically fill him with the Holy Spirit he didn't feel attracted to other men any more. It's worth a shot anyway, and even if the desire doesn't change, the Holy Spirit will give you more strength to follow Jesus, and I REALLY recommend doing it . -your new sister, Jill

Way to go, Danny! God is your deliverer. You will make it through and He will walk you through it. Concentrate on finding The Lord in every moment rather than your sin. Abiding in Him and walking with him every moment is the key.

I would say more profoundly pray to be delivered from sin. If you think that your only problem in the eyes of God is homosexuality you dont comprehend the nature of sin our problem between us and god is not that we have a few sins, or sinful desires. it is that our entire disposition is radically sinful this is why our righteousness is like filthy rags before god. Even our good works before God are tainted by sin. thus we need to be washed entirely clean. we need an entirely new heart, mind, and spirit. This is why we must be born again under the headship of Christ so that we can inherit a new bloodline namely that covering of Christ Jesus.

I've been struggling with porn at the moment and your testimony and the replies gave me some new fire! The Holy Spirit just overcame me and I began to cry! Thank you!
