In theory it sounds good, but you have to think it all the way through. How many people will want to sit around a mostly empty room waiting for people to come in and ask questions?
More than likely it would end up a room full of people with questions.

There are no official techs for the site to spend hours sitting in a room. There are people on the site who could help, but again, i can't for see any of them wanting to sit around for hours in an empty room, or giving away free advice all the time. Again, we do have a User2User Tech help forum. Just as helpful.
