Pray with Reason.
You don't even have to have a certain time to pray or recite prayers, but one genuine word or thought of prayer suffices, since the Father hears. However, over a multitude of prayers He will favor a brief word of Reason towards Him.
Think of it as a relationship between a father and a child, which should even be so, and when the child asks or prays to the father, the father says "But why? Look, is this not better?"

My personal opinion about prayer is.....asking for something from God is great and everything, but I believe that the most important part of prayer is giving thanks to God! Ever since I came ti this realization, I began my prayers with thanksgiving (there are so many things we can be thankful for, after all, who we are and everything we have is because if God!) If you don't already, I challenge you to try this and see how a thankful heart can change your life! Also, give God complete control over your life on a daily basis! I hope this helps, Matt.
