Maybe a seprate forum for actual, specific questions and answers would be an idea?

I am one of those guilty of spamming the Misc forum
The bible discussion form is more a debate forum than a place to ask questions asking for plain answers
and the other forums are kind of too.... narrow... to fit general questions

(I came to think of this because I have seen so many newcomers ask questions in the new members forum)
