If my flesh didn't have to sleep I wouldn't, seeing as Satan never sleeps going about his business to steal, kill and destroy. Yet the Lord is also about his business, and I will be about my Father's business, to see the kingdom TAKEN BACK and to see the DEAD RAISED, and to see the TEMPLE REPAIRED!!
I want to expose Satan's works. Part of his work is that some of you will not believe this.
Satan wants to make you dependent on him. So, whereas you depend on the Lord, he wants to steal your loyalty to the Lord and make you loyal to him. He does this by the way of your heart. He wants to steal the treasure of your heart and replace it with a counterfeit treasure. He is a counterfeit being.
And the main way he has deceived many Christians is by robbing them of their faith and replacing the promised health with counterfeit health, replacing riches with counterfeit riches, replacing joy with temporary happiness, and replacing salvation by counterfeit gospels.
So, I see man Christians who have substituted faith for foolishness, so that to them, as Satan desires, the gospel of TRUTH of Jesus is foolishness, and their own wisdom is wise.
But not so.
Some of you already understand. He works like your debtors. As long as you are dependent you are subject to them. But if your liberty in Christ frees you from bondage, then you are no longer subject to his bondage, and are like a freeman, born of the freewoman.
And this is his main objective against Christians. Since he could not make them serve him directly, as some people have given themselves over to do (Jesus can still deliver you), he makes them serve things, and covet things, and hope for carnal things. This way they worship the creature and not the Creator. Anything he would have them worship, but mention Jesus Christ and he starts shaking. Full of evil and fury in his cunning lies.
So I lean on Jesus Christ. I trust in Jesus Christ. I am for the gospel of Jesus Christ and no other feel good message about some temporary hope, which isn't hope. And I don't care for temporary faith. I care for the faith in eternal life with Jesus Christ. You can't fool God. But fools fool fools. Yet fools call wisdom foolishness. Hmm.
