Hi Guys, I pray you would enjoy my testimony, all the Glory be to God. Bless you all 
At the ageof 36 I had no job, no hope, no money, no car, nowhere to live, no furniture and was sick with anxiety. I felt so alone, like everything had been stripped away from me and literally all I had was Jesus. I had to move out of where I wasliving and was offered a very small room under someone’s house. I didn’t know what to do and so many doors were closing. No matter how many job interviews I went for or prayers I prayed nothing changed my circumstances. I was trying my best andit was tough to keep going.
I kept running into these real estate signs that said don’t settle for second best –choose 1[SUP]st[/SUP] choice. I knew God was highlighting these signs to me and speaking through them, but what was God’s best for me I had no idea. I prayed God I do want your best, whatever your will is for me I want it. God put on my heart to move to a new city about 1.5 hours away. I didn’t have any close relatives or friends there but I knew that was God’s best for me so I kept praying God open the door if this is your will and give me wisdom to make the right decisions.
Nearly two years later I am living in the most beautiful city near the beach and the water, I am a qualified counsellor, I am studying community services, I have my own car, a permanent job and a unit with a view of the surf and the ocean, but most of all I trust in theLord. You see I wasn’t trusting in the Lord to work out my life for me. I was tryingto do it separate from him. He had the best for me and still does because I know there is more. Today I trust in him and love him more than ever before and it doesn’t matter where I go or what he gives me because I trust in him no matter what my situation. After experiencing this time in my life I will always know that he will work things out for good because I love him (Romans 8:28). As Jesus said when you lose your life you will find your life (Matthew 10:39). That is how I feel, I have certainly lost my life and slowly but surely with Jesus I am learning to find it. J If you are in a hard place right now I want to encourage you God has the best for your life and he is working it out for you. Praise God for his goodness, deliverance,healing and salvation.
