MAY JESUS BLESS YOU ALL AND KEEP YOU ALL!!
I love Jesus Christ, and I am foolish at times. Surely. Now let's look at edification. Let's see the beauty of edification, and how it ought to operate. FOR WE ARE ALL OF HIS BODY BUT MEMBERS INDIVIDUALLY. So one member compliments another, and they do not war against each other, but serve their function in the Body. Also, each member serves the other member. The foot cannot say to the head it has no need of it. And if one member suffers the whole Body suffers. Even the toe affects the whole body if it is hurt. So all members are jointly fit together by the Lord God himself.
And so there should be no schism in the Body of our Lord Jesus Christ. No division in his body as his house is not divided, neither is his temple. Neither did the Lord suffer his holy one to see corruption. So that corruption cannot fellowship with un-corruption, neither flesh with the Spirit, neither righteousness with unrighteousness.
If the Lord decided to make my brother a hand I will serve the hand. If he made me a pinky toe, I will serve the Big toe. Because each member has a function in the body to the Glory of the Head. And we know that Jesus is the head of the Church, yet the Father the head of Him. But we no longer know Jesus Christ after the flesh. So then this body is not a fleshy body anymore. It is a spiritual body, meant for spiritual things. So let RIGHTEOUSNESS reign, ALSO, in your mortal bodies then. Let us put off the old and on the new.
I have a sister in Christ, and we have known each other for a while. We were learning together about the Lord, and though we were both not where we ought to be, I see now that the Lord Jesus has taken her to a level of grace far above where I am. And I see this level of grace by her faith. And so, if God has graced her with this faith and this level of grace then I am thankful, because now she is set for edification. We ought to edify one another, build up one another in the faith of Jesus Christ.
Let's not compete for position as the heathens do. We are not like the world. We are not in disunity after the flesh but in the unity of the Spirit. Let's live like this.
It is a breathe of fresh air to come across a brother and sister in Christ. Who LIVES THE GOSPEL OF JESUS!! Though I say I can trust no man, I can trust a man who has put off the old man and on the new. I can see Jesus in them. I can see the witness of the gospel in them. But where I see disunity and strife I also see every evil work.
Let's put off strife, and let us love fervently one another. May Jesus bless you all!!
