Hello!

Over the past few weeks, I was in a lot of despair. I felt lost and prayed to God so that he could tell me about the path that I should take. To be honest, for 2 years I have strayed from the Lord. It is hard to admit that my troubles have brought me back to God, but He is only one I could ever turn to-- all the time. My faith is stronger than ever now, and I realize the depth of the love God has for me.

A lot of you guys might be struggling right now (the real world is tough), but I hope that my story can give you guys hope and strength to overcome your obstacles. I decided to start up a blog today, and here is my first post, my testimony.

I am so grateful that you found your way back to the Lord. Sometimes it takes someone to hit rock bottom to realize that God had never left and he is waiting for you to call on him again. My dad believed in God and grew up in church, his mom even ran a Christian organization that gave out food boxes and clothes and many other things to families that needed them. My dad just got really hurt by someone he went to church with and got burned out, but my dad always encouraged my sister and I to live our life and minister to others. We went to church on Easter Sunday, my dad would go occasionally and he asked to speak with the pastor in his office and gave his life back over to the Lord. It was AWESOME!!! Since then my dad has been quoting scripture and he has never really done that before, it is just awesome.

I'm so happy for your father! It all goes to show how God's grace and miracles work through us. We might falter, but our foundation in Christ will not shake. The Lord will always be waiting joyfully for us to return to Him :)
