Good afternoon everyone! This message is way overdue and I'm very sorry about that. I said I would keep everyone in the loop, but things have taken quiet a while to settle and now that it has I'm writing to you all today.
I want to say thank you to all of you who were praying for a breakthrough on my behalf of my Dad. Things were tough and when I called out for help you all answered. You guys and gals are such a blessing. Thank you for being my brothers and sisters in Christ. My Dad has such a peace about his job and the clients he's working with. He's realizing that he hasn't failed nor is he a failure. This is a tremendous victory as I have stated in the last two threads about the cycle my Dad tends to go through whenever things seem to go wrong and always took it personally. While our family business still faces many outward challenges, there's the peace that trascends all understand within the house as well as my Dad's spirit.
The Holy Spirit reminded my mother and I of the verse, "Be still and know that I Am God," and since we've finally handed over all the burdens/ challenges coming at us on all sides over to the Lord, a dynamic shift has occurred. Things out in the work field are up and running by the glory and grace of Jesus Christ that everyone involved is still marvelings over how things "managed-to-work-themselves-out"; But we here know the truth: God is in control.
Your prayers have been heard and I can honestly say on behalf of my family that without the you, the body of Christ, standing with us we would not be recovering as we are now.
There are new challenges on the horizon, but I'll get into that in another thread; Yet I'm just so happy to know that I can turn to my brothers and sisters in Christ to pray with me. I love you all!
May the peace and grace of our Mighty God cover you all in the name of Jesus. Amen and thank you!
