PROMISE
We all know what’s wrong
Imprinted in our head,
Guilty conscience,
An internal jail sentence
Need to bleed
Drain this sickening seed
Cast my blood to the earth
Fill my veins,
With discipline,
Love,
I need,
The holy birth
Pull me from my wretched Myer
Show me heavenly
Show me higher
Myself, I can’t stand to bear
Need you in my life
Need heavenly care
Need you now
Need your power
Repent,
I fall to my knees
Must pray for forgiveness
His sacrificial service
Rebirth,
Accept his rules
Accept his way
The church is in your heart
That’s where you find the savior
Communion to the Lord is not through another
Confessions to the Lord,
Prayers
No one else needs to know,
He reads our hearts as an open book
The creator created it all
We all have burdens in our life
We can be forgiven
His promise,
Your life your test,
Strive to be good
He knows our trials
He will forgive
He shall forgive
Believe,
Believe,
And live.
