I've worked as a security guard at a truck gate and inventory at walmart. I didn't think that mattered I mean they're not important and they're simple jobs. Then I got a job at a meat plant and they saw my experience and wanted me for truck inventory and I knew that it was a blessing because 1 in 10 get a job like mine and then I said thank You Lord. But I didn't qualify, I always imagined I would be able to do a job like that but when it came down to it I don't have the memory or number organizing speed required.

I was scared because I knew I would end up in a bad job where I would struggle. Then again I prayed and said please Lord I know you'll take care of me in this place and wherever I am. I got a job on a belt-line picking fat off of it and I thought it was sad for me because they only put older people whose motor skills are wearing down that this job is easy peasy. I just said,"thank You Lord for this job because I know that I could end up elsewhere worse."

I thought that was that and 3 days later a guy gets fired and I get his job stacking boxes. Being payed 1 dollar more wasn't bad just for putting stickers on boxes and stacking them. I was enjoying it. The supervisor there turned out to be one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Then the guy who trained me ended up getting fired too so I got his job. I got a job being hourly management so another dollar raise. Basically the odds of all this are very slim and I knew it was God's hand so I kept telling people who asked me,"how did you get that job?" I told them "lots of prayer."

I worked at that job for a year always thanking God for that job and now that I'm planning on getting married thanks to another blessing from God guiding me to my future wife. I applied for a job at the lab for different hours and the odds of me getting that job are less than 1 in 10 but thanks to God the manager there liked me so much. He didn't pick my application/resume out of the first pick but he later called me 4 months later I think to ask if I still wanted the position while I was on vacation with my fiance's family. It was another rare thing so I know its God helping me blessing me in my job. I'm truely thankful and I know that no matter where you work you can always ask God to bless your job and pray to find favor in your manager's eyes and God will give you whatever He knows is best :D
