Do you guys agree with the doctrine that says that babies who are killed go to hell because they were automatically born as sinners in need of a savior, but they never were saved because they couldnt... believe...?

No, absolutely not. They do not have any accountability for their sins because they are not mature enough to understand any concepts relating to sin or repentance. They go straight to Heaven, IMHO.

That is a good statement. There are some however say that babies do go to hell because God hasn't chosen them, or predestined them to be His from before conception. I think the people who have that belief have the time sequence of predestination incorrect. I believe that being conformed into the image of Jesus Christ takes effect after being born again.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 (KJV)
[SUP]11 [/SUP]For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
[SUP]12 [/SUP]Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Romans 8:29-30 (KJV)
[SUP]29 [/SUP]For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
[SUP]30 [/SUP]Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Ephesians 1:5-6 (KJV)
[SUP]5 [/SUP]Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
[SUP]6 [/SUP]To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
Ephesians 1:11 (KJV)
[SUP]11 [/SUP]In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
Hebrews 7:25 (KJV)
[SUP]25 [/SUP]Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
