Everything is alright,but you worry too much,causes stress,and eventually a negative attitude that can start being annoyed at other things other than what originally you were worrying about,and it does not feel comfortable at times.
I do not believe it is OCD as if something is wrong,that cannot be corrected,for it is an easy fix.
It is only because the way you are thinking,for if you keep worrying,and going over the same things,your mind will want to stay in that mindset a lot,and if you try to think of something else your mind will want to go back to what you keep going over.
Stress happens,and with that thoughts are more intense,and not a confortable feeling,and the person thinking there is something wrong with me,and it can get worse,and blown out of proportion if the person does not stop.
Think positive things,and whatever pops up you do not like,which is only your worrying,ignore it,and keep thinking positive,and eventually the stress will eleviate,the mind will move around to different subjects,and your mind will get to a state of being fresh as a daisy.
It is only because of your worrying,and going over the same things,that causes a negative mindset,and stress,but once you stop thinking that way,wala,everything will be alright in time.
Loss of interest,question,wonder.
Some people try to figure out what is wrong,but I say do not do that,for you will make it worse,and notice it more,but let it go and think positive,because there is nothing to figure out,when it deals with this,for it is only the way the person thinks,and some things do not have a solution,but you have to let it go,and think positive.
So the only solution to the problem,is contained in 2 words,and everything will go back to normal eventually,and once your mind goes to a positive mindset,and stress is gone,thoughts will not be popping up,for you are not worrying anymore,then you will say,God does want me,because you feel that God does not want you,but it is only a feeling,not reality,positive thinking,stress gone,then you will feel God wants you.
So here are the 2 words that should help you out to being in a better mental position.
Stop it.Stop thinking that way and everything will be alright.Stop worrying.Stop going over the same thing.Stop letting things bother you.
Stop it,for you do want to be happy don't you,then stop it.
