For anyone having this problem, make sure that the picture is
actually positioned correctly. What I mean by this is that in Windows, if you rotate a picture using the Photo Viewer, I don't think that rotation is applied as a permanent change to the picture file. You may need to use the 'edit' function, rotate the picture, and
then save/overwrite the file. The change should then be permanently applied.
Hopefully that helps anyone still running into the problem.
