babbling buffoon simply means being silly.. nothing more nothing less.. if you take that as nasty i apolagize.. but then where not all perfect are we. even i act like a buffoon sometimes.

YOU say that buffoon means to act silly.
We're not allowed to make up our own definitions of words. If we do that, we would not be able to understand each other anymore!! Maybe this expression should b e removed from your vocabulary since you honestly do not know what it means.
