4 CUPS OF GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 1-LB TUBS OF SOUR CREAM
2 CANS OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
2 TABLESPOON BUTTER
2 BAGS OF COUNTRY STYLE HASH BROWNS
MIX INGREDIENTS (CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, SOUP, BUTTER) IN SAUCEPAN
OVER LOW HEAT.
ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO POTATOES
DUMP POTATOES INTO MIXTURE AND MIX TOGETHER
POUR INTO BAKING DISH
TOP WITH FINELY CRUSHED CORN FLAKES AND DUST LIGHTLY OVER MIXTURE
BAKE COVERED IN PREHEATED OVER AT 350 FOR 1 ½ TO 2 HOURS
TAKE OFF FOIL COVER FOR LAST 15 MINUTES OF BAKING TO BROWN
