Ingredients:
1/2 regular size bag of coconut
1 regular size bag of chopped walnuts: coat 9X13 pan with either nonstick spray or butter, layer walnuts on bottom of pan then cover with coconut.
1 box of dark chocolate cake mix: mix according to box: pour over coconut.
cream middle:
1 pkg. of cream cheese
1 stick of butter: over low heat melt together (will still be clumpy) just till thoroughly melted.
1lb pkg. of powdered sugar: slowly stir into butter and cream cheese mix then pour over center of cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour (usually an hour). Can't use a toothpick to test this cake the center is suppose to be like a thick moistness in the middle. Almost like pudding but a little thicker.
