"It" = stress. I've got a lot of it lately, and while I'm hashing out ways of managing it, circumstances aren't improving (mostly it's all work related).
So to all of you cool cats: How do you deal with stress? Do you vent? Pray? Meditate? Exercise? Eat? Scream? Cry? Drink? Smoke? Practice a musical instrument? Take it out on the dog?
