Love is always unconditional and will always discriminate between good and evil. It is the nature of God's love to do so. There is a difference between that which is pure in heart and corruption. There is a difference between humility and pride, being found faithful and being reckless, walking in light or walking in darkness etc. We can chose between life and death and when we choose life we discriminate against death. Our love will befriend those who are troubled with sin but there will be a point where those we befriend will be offended if they do not receive grace through the cross of Christ. We discriminate for righteousness against that which is unrighteous that we might live in peace. Discrimination against others is not judging them when we have the grace of God to met and supply their need.

Our religious freedom in this country is the ability to practice what we believe. This ability will always be discriminated against with words, deeds and actions and yes, even conspiracies. There will always be those who are searching out wrong-doings and things that can be used to incriminate the freedom we have in Christ. That freedom and liberty can not be used for evil purposes but for the goodness of God and to do good. Practicing honor killings under the banner of religious freedom is first degree murder and should be discriminated against. The practice of adultery, fornication and homosexual behavior is not part of any religious freedom we have in Christ and should be discriminated against. Bearing a false witness against others and being critical and negative in our homes against those who we are to pray for is not part of religious freedom.
Call them what you may, the Constitution protects all behavior that is not illegal in this land.

The first time that word (homophobe) was used was in a homosexual publication and written by a homosexual. The first definition was all people who aren't homosexuals. Needing more people to agree with LBGT, they tightened it down to all those who disagree with homosexuality. PR and a legal stash fund to rival the federal budget is working great for them.
Well, I reject the falsely-blaming misnomer and use the more accurate word, pervophobe, instead.

If your familiar with the Hobby Lobby case, the Supreme Court ruled that corporations with sincerely held religious beliefs do not have to provide a full range of contraceptives to their employees. So for now anyway, it seems that forcing a company to violate their faith is not deemed as discrimination. Religious liberty took precedence over a woman's right to force her employer to fund the killing of her unborn child. Moral objections matter, even for companies who have a right in certain circumstances to refuse business. jmo

Sometimes you go to a thread, shake your head and hope nothing rattles, and wonder what you're missing. Does this have anything to do with regular or unleaded?
