Double Fudge Sugar Free, no fat Chocolate Brownies
Well, there is fat in the walnuts.
1[SUP]1[/SUP]/[SUB]3[/SUB] C whole wheat flour
¼ t baking powder
1[SUP]2[/SUP]/[SUB]3[/SUB] C Splenda
½ C chopped nuts
½ C raisins
1 C powdered chocolate
1 C apple sauce
1½ t vanilla extract
2 eggs
Optional: berries. Good with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries on top. (Raisins aren't needed then.) And the more the better. Also, if your into peppermint brownies, by all means chop some peppermint.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13 X 9-inch baking pan.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and then wet ingredients in another. Then add wet into dry and stir until blended. Then spread in the pan.
Bake for 22 minutes.
We like large chunks, so we cut it into ten pieces. If you like normal six, you can cut them int 18 squares And yes, some can be freeze.
