A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion says, "Because if I do, I will drown too." The frog is leery, but the scorpion keeps insisting he won't sting. Finally the frog believes him and they set out. But in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. As the frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown, he asks the scorpion "Why?"
Replies the scorpion: "I'm a scorpion. What did you think I'd do?"
Drain the swamp. Don't make me laugh. He's surrounding it with scorpions.
If we survive the next 4 years, will we be wise enough at that time to throw BOTH parties out and truly start over?
