Have you ever genuinely lead someone to Jesus? If so how? What were the circumstances?
Yes I have, well I say I have but I haven't.
It is the Holy Spirit who leads someone to Christ.
I am just a vessel as such.
Jesus said that he must go away so that the Holy Spirit must come to convict the world of its sin.
That sin is unbelief in him.
I think we should not be obsessed with leading people to Christ, convincing them that he is the Son of God who died and rose again. That's the Holy Spirit's job.
We just need to love people like Jesus does and allow the Holy Spirit to work in us so that when someone says how do I come to faith
we say
Romans 10:9-13
if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
