Green onions optional.
Cover cookie tray with aluminum foil and then cover it in oil spray.
Cut apples into apple pie size slices. put them down the side of the sheet. Cut up the onion to bite size bites.
Then add the brussel sprouts evenly.
(We use the rest of the tray for burgers of chicken thighs. Since there are only two of us.
Back at 35 minutes at 425.
Apples go great with brussel sprouts, and the onion adds a bit of zing.
