2 ribeyes (thick or thin cut...preferably thick cut)
1-2 tbs of garlic powder
1-2 tbs of onion powder
1/4 cup of diced dried onions
1 cup of kikoman soy sauce
1 cup of olive oil...not extra virgin or virgin
take the ribeye steaks and place in a casserole dish 2inchs high...pour in soy sauce and coat both sides of steak..apply garlic powder, onion powder and diced dried onions to both sides of steaks and pat into steak making sure it is infused nicely. let stand for 30mins. lastly...apply olive oil to steaks...coating both sides and allow it to refrigerate over night. ta da! next day will be awesome! cook to your liking and enjoy!
i came up with the recipe when I was 16 years old..and since then has been a family favorite to this day...even my neighbors loved it!
