Consider king David who encouraged himself in the Lord. Put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Offer up the sacrifices of praise. Begin to worship and praise God. The old testament speaks again and again on the heave offering of your hand. That is when you are so heavy that you have to heave your hands up in the air and praise the Lord.
I believe that you are not baptized in the Holy Spirit so you cannot build yourself up, charge your spiritual batteries, by prayer in the spirit. Refer to Jude vs. 20.
Jude 1:20 (NKJV) But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
You cannot worship and praise God and still have a spirit of heaviness. Those heavy things flee away. Seek the Lord Jesus for the baptism in the Holy Spirit. But you will receive power after that the Holy Spirit has filled you according to acts chapter 19, acts 1:8, acts 2:4.
Isaiah 51:11 (NKJV) So the ransomed of the Lord shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness; Sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
We sang this scripture as a song where we used to attend worship services along with many other scripture songs. Be of good cheer God is with us. Emmanuel.
