Personally, I am of the conviction that God does not reserved a single soul mate for a person in this life, but that's just my honest opinion.
That said, if you have indeed found a soul mate, then trust God that He will bring both of you together IN HIS TIME.
What if the man (in your case) for some reason chose not to reciprocate? Is your happiness in life going to be determined by this man's action/decision? Personally, I don't think so. Because God loves us and wants us to be happy, especially in marriage, He knows how to draw a GODLY man into your midst.
What we need to do is to 'seek first His Kingdom and his righteousness and all these will be given to you as well.' And in Proverbs 37:4, ' Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will grant you the desires of your heart.'
In the mean time, stay attractive in the Lord; be joyful, love the Lord, praise & worship God from your heart, be committed to God - with such traits, you will definitely attract Godly people (including man) to you!
