"According to Orthodox clergy, Andrei Kurajev, the problem may lie in the "incompetence" of Archbishop Savvy, who has consecrated the machine. "It is strange that the church provides certain services but does not bear any responsibility for their quality," Kurajev said.
He also noticed that the clergyman, who had sprinkled the so-called holy water on the Meteor-M satellite missile, was not properly dressed for the ceremony.
Kurajev thinks that church dignitaries whose "consecration" was not successful should be reprimanded. They would also have to ask conscience and ask God, why He overlooked their prayers."

I find it partially funny and partially interesting
Imagine responsibility of "health" preachers for any unsuccessful healing Or so called prophets for their prophecies. I am afraid they would all disappear till the end of the year.
