Some of you may have heard of this, but I would hate to deprive the ones who haven't. These things are awesome and absolutely delicious!
The Pocket Burger
This recipe is if you're going to make two.
-1 lb of lean hamburger meat (the leaner, the better)
-pat out four patties
-put all of the stuff you would like on your burger in the middle of your bottom patties (cheese, mushrooms, olives, onions, bacon bits, etc)
-put the other patty on top and pinch the sides all the way around until it is completely sealed. (if you don't the cheese and other things will melt out while its cooking.)
-cook on 450 for about 30-45 minutes
