I don't even know if this is something I should really be spending my time on, but I have to talk to someone, and if the internet is the only thing that will be there when I need it, I have to try.
So, I currently live about 1,000 miles from my fiancé. It didn't start that way, we both had to move for different reasons. (we weren't engaged when we moved though) I moved to Atlanta to go back to college and she moved to Kansas because her family did. I flew out and proposed in July, and we were going to get married in December when the semester ends. Because of financial reasons, we have decided to postpone it until April next year. (spring break)
I have always been a loner and never had trouble living by myself. But in the three years I have known her, I have changed. Now I can't stand being in a room alone. Because she is in a different time zone, and has no real personal space, our schedules are very different and we can't talk as much as we used to. So, I am looking at the reality of spending 231 days almost completely alone, and I can't stand it.
