It seems as though I and many others have been having issues with learning how to use the chat rooms or get them to work. I think that creating a tutorial video would be very beneficial and make it easier on new-comers while they are trying to figure out how to use and get around on this site. Furthermore, it helps show what this site has to offer in one short video :) If this has already been suggested or this suggestion seems like too much of a hassle or the idea is not liked ...then I sincerely apologise. I am only trying to be helpful and give my input as a new user.

There is no video, but there is a photo tutorial. Its a sticky post at the top of the New Users section titled 'Help for new users'. Its the very first thread in the column.
