I already posted this on a similar thread in the teens forum, but it can go here too
What I want can't be given to me by a stranger, and I guess the only way I'll get it is to trust in the LORD. I read these verses this morning, which is proof of a caring God personally involved in the life of His children!
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord
is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Hebrews 13:5-6
These are my new-as-of-this-morning power verses! My Dad just lost his job and I don't think we'll be doing much for Christmas this year, but we can still celebrate the birth of Christ; and more than any present, I want to be able to BOLDLY say, The Lord
is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Have a safe and blessed Christmas everyone!
