I have told my sister about cc and she is interested in it. She only owns a ipad mini and she either cant download or the web cam wont work. I was told by a cc member its something to do with the browser and a window says you need adobe and the system does not support it. So is there a special browser or app I need to download since its a ipad or does anyone have any sugestions?

There is nothing to download, it's a website.
If you mean the Chats and not the forums, this is because the chat is flash based, and most phones/pads don't support flash.

Supposedly there is a special browser that will work, but i also hear it's spotty. I forget the name of it, but going through old User2User posts may find the answer. Or wait and hope someone else knows the name of it.

I know of a web browser that is in the app store that supports flash. It is called puffin web browser. I used the free version to watch videos that required flash for a college class. When I used it, it required you to get the paid version to access flash based things after the first week. I haven't used it in a while, so not sure if that is still the same. It seemed to work great with flash videos, so hopefully it would work on here.

the firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome flash plug-ins all fail on here.. Trying using the Opera browser, I have it and it NEVER fails on here. To get flash player, go to adobe.com.

This doesn't pertain to iPad. :) (And those browsers work fine ─ I think you crashed them, Blue. :p)

Photon browser supports Flash and is available in the iTunes store. It does cost money to download, though.
