I just purchased a subscription so I could use hands-free. But it is not allowing me. How long does it take to go thru?

I thought I did the wrong one perhaps so I cancelled it (though I think it still took out the $4.99). So I sent an email asking for a refund and then tried again but under settings --> my subscriptions and did the one month $2.50. is either one valid for using the hands free. apologies for goofing this up.

In order to get the hands free mic to work in the chat room, you must click the hands free box first, then click the mic icon (the little hand holding the mic lower left hand corner), then click ALLOW when the little permission window appears.

Then you may have to go back to the mic button and click it immediately after a chatter is done speaking on the mic or right after you hear the last whistle on a chatter's mic.

Also sometimes you may need to adjust your sound settings and then exit and reenter before the mic works.

One way to do that is:

--Right click on the mic icon

--Choose Settings

--Click on the small mic pix

--Move the volume slider that appears up to the middle of the line.

Please let me know if I can help in any way. Sometimes it just takes a small bit of ''tweaking'' and then the mic works.

One reason there can be a need for mic adjustment is that people have different web browsers which can affect mic settings.

God Bless and hope that helps!

A new subscription may take up to 24 hours to become active. Unfortunately we have not been able to automate that process yet so RoboOp needs to actually "flip a switch" once the subscription is confirmed. It may take a little longer on weekends sometimes.

Thank you! I wasn't aware that it had to be done manually. Thank you for the assistance and clarifying! =)

One last question, will I get some sort of notification when I'm flagged as a subscriber?

No flag or notification to indicate you are a subscriber. Have you tried the mic yet? Has it worked?
