no longer able to turn my mic on on this site

I log in and click on mic. The allow or deny comes up. I try to click on allow but it doesn't work. Then the screen turns greyish. Why can't I click on allow and have that disappear and have mic capabilities?

Nevermind..... all of a sudden mic is working after not working last evening and earlier this morning. Tempermental I guess.

Apparently chat is going weird yet once again. It won't be the last time.

ok, its doing it again, and I cant change the settings on the adobe to allow, so no mic. I don't know how it got changed to deny, but it is stuck on that and then I just have to leave because everything is stuck

Which version of Windows are you running? Or are you on a Mac?

Windows 7, on an hp computer

oh, it came back on.... moderator prodigal told me to uninstall adobe flash player and then reinstall, so I did and then I could use it....yay

Good! For future reference, you can try the following (instead of reinstalling Flash):

1. Go to 'Control Panel'
2. Go to 'Flash Player'
3. In the 'Flash Player Settings Manager' Window that opens, click on 'Delete All' under the 'Storage' tab, and again under the 'Advanced' Tab.

If you need visual instruction for this in the future, let me know. I can provide screenshots to guide you through it. Of course, if those steps don't help for any future problems, you can then resort to reinstalling Flash.

sorry, unrelated, I have banned myself from the bible study room only. Started tinkering in google chrome's inspect element properties and reloaded the page and now my ip is banned. can I get a mod's assistance?

I wasn't trying to mess with anything that would ruin the chat just trying to see if I could extend the amount of lines perhaps.
