Here is a 16-min. video on islam. Found some of the comments rather interesting (I would reply to the post on treating women as property if i had words... Another said, Wouldn't it be great if Americans voted this women in as the next president of the USA instead of Hilary??...)

Interesting how Christians and Jews are not allowed in Muslim countries to have
their places of worship or even to worship publicly (@ 3 minutes) yet they come
to our western countries and build mosque after mosque, and agitate for sharia
law. Ugh she says it will be five minutes and then goes on for 16 minutes. Just
watch from 13 minutes on if you don't have 16 minutes to find out what liars
Muslims are. They are told in their book to lie to further their cause.

Catholicism does not deny the deity of Jesus Christ. Nor does it put an adulterous war mongering pedophile on a par with Jesus Christ... well, I am not familiar with all the popes, was there one or two that would fit that description? Islam is anti-Christ. Muslims revere and idealize Mohammed, is the point. To Muslims, Mohammed supersedes Jesus Christ. Which is a bit odd, because their book acknowledges that Jesus had a miraculous birth (virginal) and Mohammed admits that he (Mohammed) performed no miracles while Jesus did. Their book also acknowledges that Jesus will be coming back even though they deny His crucifixion and subsequently His resurrection as well.
I do think Catholicism is Satanic. Here is why.

They pray to Mary and Saints. The rosary is a popular one.

They believe that salvation comes from works. (7 Sacraments)

They revere the pope, priests and all of their clergy.

Even the lower clergy like the bishops and priests have to follow what the pope says. They believe the pope can do no wrong. That's not right. Only Christ is perfect.

Have you read any of the stories they have of different virgins and saints? OMG they are really creepy.

They believe in things that are not in our Bible, like purgatory.

Also, when a person dies, the family can have mass each anniversary of their death to pray for their loved one (you know so that they can get out of purgatory faster! ). The thing is that each of these masses costs a lot of money. Why do you think the Catholic church is so well off?

They're deceitful, they believe in salvation by works, not by faith. They don't really have a relationship with Christ.

I was Catholic for 14 years and when I changed to Christianity, I was awe struck with just the idea of knowing Christ and Him knowing me. I had never even heard that before!

What does God want most of all? A relationship with his sons and daughters. The Catholic church doesn't really teach that. They believe that only the priests have direct communication with God. This is why they can only repent to priests and not go directly to God.

I think that if a religion is taking away what God wants most (a relationship with us), then is must be controlled by the enemy.

Sorry, I didn't mean to rant. I was just giving my opinion on Catholicism.

And I don't hate Muslims or Catholics. My best friend is a Muslim and half of my family is Catholic. I love them, but I know they could be doing so much better if they weren't involved with these terrible religions.

If you really think about it, any religion but Christianity is Satanic...even Catholicism and Islam.
No,not as strongly as Islam. It is a very violent and intolerant "religion". They deny Jesus was Gods son. Islam has always been spread by the sword. It is very anti-christ.

I've always wondered why the chathlics pray to Mary...
Mary is on par with Christ. She is able to hear and answer prayers the same a Jesus according to the Catholic church.

Catholicism is definitely satans twisting of the Gospel, those who are lead to pray to Mary are definitely lead astray. But even in Catholicism one can find Christ. His divinity, death and Resurrection are not denied by Catholics, they just have practices that are sinful.

Islam, though, its a completely different teaching thats similar in names alone. Yes, they believe that Jesus did exist, but he was nothing more than a prophet of allah to them. He was not the Son of Man, He did not come to be pierced for our sins, He is not worshiped by them, He does not save anyone, He will not raise the dead and judge the world He is not eternal, Islam completely denies everything He told us about Himself. He is only known by name alone to them, other than that He was just a good prophet who brought people to Islam to bow before a black rock, kill unbelievers and worship a god who was not the God of Abraham (even if he claims to be).

The antichrist denies the Father and the Son, Islam exists literally for that purpose.

Catholics believe that Mary was immaculately concepted because her parents were to old to have children, according to some written material that is in their archives. Their idea is that her parents couldn't conceive, therefore God sent His spirit to her mother to make her pregnant. He could make her fertile and not Mary's father? Also, what about John the Baptist and Isaac? There is no mention of their immaculate conception. Strange beliefs abound.

What does it mean? If it doesnt promote Islam then I dont think its a problem.
Its a only muslimic arabic greeting. only muslims use it (which is why it promotes Islam) Its a greeting like'' hello have a blessed day''. Non muslims simply say Salaam/Salam.

Ah, think its just a phrase in a different language used by a different culture, I dont think that matters. As long as they arent promoting Islam, God created the gap between languages and men, so its not wrong to use the language of others if your heart is with God : p

I don't get it how it's a Muslim greeting..:/
How can "peace be with you " in the language of Arabic be seen like that when Jesus once said "peace to you"?
(Sorry sis I'm pretty ignorant...on this matter)

Luke 24 :36 Now as they said these things , Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them , and said to them , "Peace to you."

But i think...if we greet one another with "peace be with you " in English wouldn't it be great? But I suppose it's a bit long...

Sister i hope you're not dismayed since I wanted to be enlightened on this matter which is why I asked.Ofcourse why would anyone would want to remain ignorant if they're ignorant?lol!
Yup, I do know that they're mostly who are using this greeting...but does that mean it's a Muslimit greeting?
In my opinion it's way more better than the Indian greeting"namaskar"- (I bow to the divine in you) (way more occultism in my opinion)

But I think, yes, I get your drift, the term, since it's usage mostly preferred by muslims, it's associated with that...

Thank you sister for your sincere answer!:)

Sister.. I am taught the muslimic culture by muslims and ex muslims who just came to germany. Pastors , Christians, Mullas... etc you cannot tell me they ALL lie to me lol. Generally like I said thats how they identify one another. Its like someone coming up to you with a pentacle around their neck saying ''blessed be'' its pagan and no way around it. Its how they identify one another and do.

Careful now.. Saalam Alaikum is the muslimic greeting..
Interesting, because the Jews say, shalom aleichem meaning peace to you. A response to that would be aleichem shalom, I guess that would translate - to you, peace.
