Gods Mercy,Why the Jews are Still Gods Chosen People

Many here do not understand that every promise made by God was fulfilled completely in our Messiah, Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. The entirety of the old testament points to His coming .. and is fulfilled in His new covenant revealed to all mankind by grace through faith in God's only Son. They do not understand that although the bible chronicles the history of physical/national Israel, it is primarily a book (God's word) pertaining to spiritual israel. But even the very premise of there being a "spiritual Israel" is foreign to them. Their "Israel of God" lives on the Gaza strip. They clearly read (and should now) that only a remnant of physical Israel will be saved ... but yet persist in teaching that "all Israel will be saved" (eventually, although contradictory) during/just prior to their so-called earthly millennium. An earthly millennium where both bodily glorified humans and not yet bodily glorified humans co-exist together and habitat with our glorified and risen Saviour. Our Saviour whose glorious radiance shines brighter than the sun and negates the need of such in the heavenly Jerusalem to come ... but yet, those living on earth during this period will decide after 1,000 years of being in His glorious and loving presence that it might not be a bad idea to rebel against Him (for what, God only knows ?). How ANY of this makes any sense whatsoever to anybody anywhere escapes me entirely. God loves today's inhabitants of Israel. He loved them enough to die for them ... just as He did and does those of Arabic descent that today are being evicted from their homes. Today's national Israel is a discussion of a geo/political nature ... and has nothing to do with the biblical. The requirement for both Jew and Greek to be saved is through faith in God's only Son. When Christ returns the second time, it will be to judge both the living and the dead ... period.

The bigger picture has more detail with significant future events .... this is not really complex to understand as long as one can connect the dots of the Lord's more sure word of prophecy

Are you aware that verse is talking about Abraham and NOT THE nation of Israel?

Genesis 12

12 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
[SUP]2 [/SUP]And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
[SUP]3 [/SUP]And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

God is speaking to Abram,God tells Abram to LEAVE HIS COUNTRY,then God tells Abram that Gos would make him a great nation,bless him and make him a great nation,and God would bless those that bless Abram. You are adding something to the text that IS NOT THERE. ISRAEL was not told to get out of their country,from their kindred and from their fathers house. That passage is spoken to ABRAM NOT ISRAEL.

Your line is not God's line. If they repent, be they Jew or Gentile, God will forgive them and call them His own. Jesus Christ is God's line ... and shall be forevermore. Contrary to what you may or may not believe, the gospel truly is that simple.

I can quote many verses and promises of God to the Jews which are fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Does God keep His promises or is He a liar? If He doesn't keep His promises to them will He keep the promises to us? He is faithful and just. If He does not keep His promises nothing could exist.

Jews have been persecuted and kicked out of over 100 countries.Over a million were murdered in the Holocaust alone.A lot of the abuse of Jews came from so called "Christians" it was the Catholics that first made them wear the star of David and put them ghettos.Look up blood liables. How do we expect a Jew would come to Christ under those circumstances? Fine to blame the Jews and say they are antichrist but have we as Christians acted CHRISTLIKE toward the Jews? No!!! There are organizations that are Christian and are reaching out to the Jews. Lots of people in this world have rejected Christ so I guess there are a lot of antichrists out there walking around. I believe the Jews are Gods chosen but even if you dont your attitude should be one of prayer and love toward the Jews though whom we were grafted in.

Who said that the ones that did ARE or WERE CHRISTIAN? Where does Jesus say we are to HATE our enemies? Just because someone does SOMETHING IN GOD'S NAME DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE BELIEVERS.

Non of us in here deny the promise, in you shall all the nations of the world be blessed. As Crosspoint correctly pointed out in romans 9, All children who come in faith are counted as offspring. As far as salvation go. So how can you say we preach a false gospel. Is that all a certain amount of you people have is hate and lies?

Some in here do not understand that not all of Gods promises had to do with eternal life and salvation.

1. God gave a gift to Abrahams offspring through Isaac and Jacob, Non salvic, unless you think every child from Jacob (through all 12 tribes) were saved, even if they did not follow God and reject their messiah
2. God promised David, a king would sit on his throne, and rule the nations. Unless you think that kingdom is seen with a world full of evil, hate, severe hatred against jews, and major bloody battles as evil dictators rape and pillage countries, not to mention all the evil in our own country running rampant. is the king ruling with a rod of iron, and every nation who is supposed to be going to jerusalem and worshiping the king is happening..

And that is exactly the point SOME OF THEM ARE ANTICHRIST and then you also have those that are not. DID I NOT SAY THAT JESUS CALLED THE PHARISEES those things? Where did I SAY Jesus CALLED ALL OF ISRAEL those things? That is EXACTLY the distinction the Bible makes between BELIEVING ISRAEL AND UNBELIEVING ISRAEL. Do you ACTUALLY READ WHAT IS BEING SAID or do you prefer to put your own twist on things?
