Sine dominico non possumus!” “Without Sunday [worship] we cannot live!”
Pope Benedict xvi declared during a mass on September 9 at St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna.

Speaking on the final day of his three-day visit to Austria, the German pope voiced a strong call for Christians to revive Sunday keeping as an all-important religious practice.

“Give the soul its Sunday, give Sunday its soul,” he chanted before a rain-soaked crowd of 40,000.

Benedict said that Sunday, which he stated has its origin as “the day of the dawning of creation,”
was “also the church’s weekly feast of creation.”

Pope’s Visit to Jerusalem

1) The pope visited Muslims first In a visit full of symbolism, Francis flew to Jordan and then Palestinian areas before flying to Tel Aviv and finally Jerusalem.

2) The pope deemed the Palestinians a state
The official itinerary for day two of Francis’s visit refers to the Palestinian Authority office in Bethlehem as “the presidential palace.” Francis also pointedly mentioned “the State of Palestine.”

3) The pope called Mahmoud Abbas a ‘man of peace’
Francis also referred to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas as a “man of peace and a peacemaker.” Abbas recently formed a unity government with the terrorist organization Hamas.

4) The pope created a photo op at a security wall
Francis unexpectedly halted his motorcade at an Israeli security wall near Bethlehem so he could pray near recent Palestinian graffiti accusing Israel of apartheid and of creating a Nazi Warsaw-like ghetto.

5) The pope prayed with Fouad Twal
At Sunday mass under Palestinian flags, Francis prayed with a Palestinian archbishop who compared Palestinians to the child Jesus and said Israelis are “present-day Herods.” The pope continued the Herod theme in his own speech.

6) The pope called a prayer peace summit
After mass, Francis made a surprise invitation to Abbas and Israeli President Shimon Peres to pray for peace at the Vatican, inserting himself into Middle East peace diplomacy.

7) The pope called Muslim authorities ‘dear brothers’
On the third day of his trip, Francis departed from his script to call Muslim authorities not his ‘dear friends’ but his ‘dear brothers.’

8) The pope met Muhammad Ahmad Hussein
One of those ‘dear brothers’ of Francis was the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who has approved of suicide bombings, called for Jews to be killed and incited riots.

9) The pope blamed the holocaust on ‘man’
In the Yad Vashem guest book, Francis blamed the Holocaust on ‘man’ three times. He omitted the role of Nazi Germany—or the Vatican, which cut a deal with Hitler and helped Nazis escape after the war. ▪

past history shows time and again how this union works

1st resurrection of the roman empire
Justinian in 554AD. with the pope the supreme religious leader and empowered him.
Justinian I - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Justinian the Great, was a Byzantine (East Roman) emperor from 527 to 565. During his reign,
Justinian sought to revive the empire's greatness and reconquer
the lost western half of the historical Roman Empire.

2nd resurrection - Charlemagne crowned by the pope in 800AD.
Charlemagne - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Charlemagne reached the height of his power in 800 when he was crowned "emperor"
by Pope Leo III on Christmas Day at Old St. Peter's Basilica.

Called the "Father of Europe", Charlemagne united most of Western Europe
for the first time since the Roman Empire.

3rd resurrection - Otto the Great crowned by the pope in 962AD.
Otto I, Holy Roman Emperor - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Otto I (23 November 912 – 7 May 973), also known as Otto the Great, was German king
from 936 and emperor of the Holy Roman Empire from 962 until his death in 973.
Following the example of Charlemagne's coronation as "Emperor of the Romans"
in 800, Otto was crowned Emperor in 962 by Pope John XII in Rome.

4th resurrection - Charles V crowned by the pope in 1520AD.

5th resurrection - Napoleon crowned by the pope in 1805

6th resurrection - Hitler/Mussolini empowered by Pope Pius XII.
When Benito Mussolini became the Italian leader before World War ii,
he called his regime the Holy Roman Empire
Benito Mussolini - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As Benito Mussolini’s grip on Italy tightened during the 1920s,
he proclaimed the Holy Roman Empire restored.

In February 1929, Mussolini signed a pact with the Vatican, making Roman Catholicism
the only recognized religion in fascist Italy.

This agreement, known as the Lateran Treaty, delighted Pope Pius xi,
who spoke of Mussolini as “a man sent by Providence.”
Lateran Treaty - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The agreements included a political treaty which created the state of the Vatican City
and guaranteed full and independent sovereignty to the Holy See.

Mussolini commissioned the Via della Conciliazione (Road of the Conciliation),
which would symbolically link the Vatican City to the heart of Rome.

Pope Pius XII and the Holocaust - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Some post-war critics have accused Pius of either being overly cautious,
or of "not doing enough,"
or even of "silence" in the face of the Holocaust.

I think that every day that we should all devote our time to God, and the body does needs one day out of the week for rest, so that the body can rejuvenate or restore itself so that it can be ready for another six more days of work. But right now, there isn't any time for rest because the end of the hour is near, and we have to gather in the harvest before the night comes.

Maybe today is the day. It’s mid-morning, late in September, and winemaker John Paul, of Oregon’s Cameron Winery, is winding down a familiar dirt road, through hillside vineyards, wondering how the grapes will taste today. At the edge of autumn, the sun still low in the sky, the leaves on the vines are a blaze of vermilion and gold. Outside the window, the air feels warm and clean, but there’s a brittle edge to it that only confirms the seasons are changing and harvest is near. Like an expectant parent, Paul has been feeling these and other faint contractions for weeks as the grapes arc toward ripeness. He knows the labor of crush could start any day. Maybe today is the day. The day crush begins. http://imbibemagazine.com/crush-time-inside-the-grape-harvest/

Just a couple more things to consider here.......
2015 will be the 8th "World Meeting of Families" (started in 1992)
source:

.......And it is for Catholic families......
"Held every three years and sponsored by the Holy See’s Pontifical Council for the Family, the World Meeting of Families is the world’s largest Catholic gathering of families. Each World Meeting of Families has a theme that energizes and enlivens the event while adding great depth of meaning to our understanding of families. The theme of the World Meeting of Families – Philadelphia 2015 is “Love Is Our Mission: The Family Fully Alive,” emphasizing the impact of the love and life of families on our society."
Source:

Coming from someone who left the rcc several years ago (after i was saved by grace).......
Research what you are reading online outside of personal web pages when it comes to websites that are critical of the RCC so that you can prove true or false what ever information you are going to potentially share with others.

One more thing,....... you do realize that Jesus Christ rose on the first day of the week when the RCC was not even in existence don't you? You must be able to ask yourself what came first right? Hope this brings some clarity.......

now if they work 5 days a week, most people do

and give sunday ties, and church service,

and only buy on saturday, or on the 7th day.

This is the same reason Jesus threw them out of the temple for.

-yes the new way has started, or the oldest , with deadly wound healed long ago,

an holy roman empire, that keeps popping its headup, most of whole world religion follows.

this day is once a year, but pope wants it once a week, and doing his will, with europes help,

and not just cathloc, but our president agrees with him 100 percent,go figure.-

-the bible says it will look like a lamb, which it does, and the world is looking at it with open arms.-

-i am glad that you left, and i do not mean to offend anyone, ecpecialy a brother in Christ,
sorry again for bad web pages, but this does not change what the truth about and history ,
of the holy roman empire has done and still doing to the world.-

[One more thing,....... you do realize that Jesus Christ rose on the first day of the week when the RCC was not even in existence don't you? You must be able to ask yourself what came first right? Hope this brings some clarity.......

-do you know that before it was light, still dark he was not there, not a sunrise service as claimed by rome.

a devil worshiper to the sun and other gods, made easter mandatory in all his land, and followed today.

yes it came after Christ, and that union after is recorded in post # 7,

Antiquity of the Roman Mass(there easter) why cathlic church celebrates it

It is still redolent of that liturgy, of the days when Caesar ruled the world
and thought he could stamp out the faith of Christ, when our fathers met together
before dawn and sang a hymn to Christ as to a God.

-the church worshiped easter like they did way back before Christ came, in there own words.

they worship the created rather then the creator, we should not be quite,

put God has compelled me to proclaim this deciption in the world.

The last seven heads, or resurrections, were prophesied to be guided by a great church.
That is how church and state get the name “Holy” Roman Empire.

“Sunday is our mark or authority...the church is above the Bible, and this tranference
of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact.” Catholic Record of London, Ontario, September 1, 1923.

On the venerable Day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country, however, persons engaged in agriculture may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits; because it often happens that another day is not so suitable for grain-sowing or vine-planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost

-sorry for the bad quote job i'll learn , and I do owe Elin an appolagy.

well yes the bible says that man does not know his own steps, and God showed it to him.
he knew we needed a day of rest for our bodys, but my brain mediates on his word 24 7 some times to.

but the body needs rest and he gave use this day of his, Holy and blessed even before evil came along.

yes the harvest is great, and now is the time to blow the trumphet, before it is too late.

and look into what is the mystery of iniquity, or and mystery of babylon.

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let,

until he be taken out of the way.
