The vail and ungodliness removed, every eye shall see Him

This is a long read, but hopefully some can be edified by it.

Matthew 24:30 “And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

The tribes shall mourn….
Zechariah 12:9-14 “And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.[SUP]10 [/SUP]And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.[SUP]12 [/SUP]And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart,”

The prophecy of seeing Him, they also which pierced him…

Luke 13:35 “Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.”
Revelation 1:7 “Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.”

The Spirit of grace and of supplications is to be poured out upon the house of David and inhabitants of Jerusalem…..

Romans 11:25-27 “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. [SUP]26 [/SUP]And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:[SUP]27 [/SUP]For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.”

The covenant of promise, the Spirit of grace is to be poured out on Jacob….

Isaiah 59:20-21 “And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the Lord.[SUP]21 [/SUP]As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the Lord; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the Lord, from henceforth and for ever.”

The Redeemer comes……
Luke 21:25-28 “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;[SUP]26 [/SUP]Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.[SUP]27 [/SUP]And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

The redemption from death…. Hosea 13:14 “I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.”

Romans 11:26 “And so all Israel shall be saved: ……..Ezekiel 37:9-11 “Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the fourwinds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.[SUP]11 [/SUP]Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. [SUP]12 [/SUP]Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.”
Matthew 24:31 “And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

Then shall they know that I am the Lord their God……..

Ezekiel 39:21-29 “And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.[SUP]22 [/SUP]So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.[SUP]25 [/SUP]Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;[SUP]26 [/SUP]After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
[SUP]27 [/SUP]When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations; [SUP]28 [/SUP]Then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there. [SUP]29 [/SUP]Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord God.”

Out of Sion shall come the Deliverer, and He shall utter his voice from Jerusalem….

Joel 3:13-16 “Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.[SUP]14 [/SUP]Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.

The covering shall be removed….
2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 [SUP]“[/SUP]For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.[SUP]8 [/SUP]And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:”

Ezekiel 21:25 “And thou, profanewicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,”
Isaiah 25:7-8 “And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.[SUP]8 [/SUP]He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it.”

1 Corinthians 15:52-54 “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.[SUP]53 [/SUP]For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.[SUP]54 [/SUP]So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.”

All flesh is as grass.....
1 Peter 1:24 “For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:”
Isaiah 40:6-8 “The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:

Zechariah 14:12 “And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.”

1 Thessalonians 5:2 “For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.[SUP] 3 [/SUP]For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”

2 Peter 3:10 “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.”

Isaiah 24:5-6 “The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.[SUP]6 [/SUP]Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.”

The brightness of the coming day star…..

The heavens shall be opened, like a curtain they shall be rolled back…..

Psalm 104:2Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

Isaiah 40:22 “It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:”

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Don't forget this. No unsanctified man could see the ark and live, yet it will be revealed to and seen by all.

And the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant appeared in his temple, and there were lightnings and sounds and thunders and an earthquake and large hail. Revelation 11:19​

When you think of the first tabernacle design and the curtains of separation, and then think of heaven itself as a curtain as written, and with the verse you posted, and this verse....

Revelation 15:5
And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

You can imagine the curtains being opened up one by one, even like the heavens opening up like a curtain.
