What works must i do to know that my soul will carry on recieving salvation....

So many believe romans should be removed from the bible ,,, and i believe lutherians also believe that james should be out as well..


Soo my question do works obtains are salvation..

First things first

I would think it is to do the first works of God (believe Him) as he gives us the hearing of faith to make it possible. It is our first love hearing his voice. We can love him because he first loved us by giving us the hearing of His faith

He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches and not what man like Nicolas the ring leader of he Nicolaitanes says.

Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works;(it is the work of God that we can beleive Him (Joh 6:29) and not that of our own selves or any man) or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. 1. Believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

2. You should be able to identify the fruit of the Spirit (Gal 5) in your life, as time goes.... This would be the proof your faith is the real one.

I think if its coz God chooses us... then you mujst believe in predestionation am i right...?

I cant see this coz for me it has to come from the sinner...no because the jew where chosen does not mean we all are..

But also it would still be a works to believe the voice..when your chosen if you are chosen..

You must allow God to work in your heart and .and the inner changes to conform to His will.

You must learn to eat meat and discern good from evil.

"To know that your soul will carry on receiving salvation"?

You must trust and have Faith in God alone and not your own power but His to carry you through the storms of life.

To KNOW that He is with you, you must pray and be thankful for all the blessings He has already done for you.

The above is not a recipe or magic spell to "make God love or save you"

It is to help you KNOW what he has already done for you, if you are a BORN again child of God led by His Holy Spirit with faith in Christ alone and His finished work on the cross for your salvation.

I believe only God's Holy Spirit can truly tell a person that they are His beloved child.

I voted no, works don't save anyone, works are the evidence someone is saved though, especially the fruit of the spirit, every christian should have the fruit of the spirit in their lives, against those things there's no law.

You can not earn a gift, Salvation is a gift.

So no, You can not work to earn salvation.

You work (everyone works) because you have been saved. (who has been saved)

ok i respect your decission but the bible states you continue to recieve salvation and not total salvation..

This is why we must hope for salvation which is a works would you agree

Salvation is a finished work of the triune God, man is just the vessel of God's mercy, so if God starts the work in someone's life, He will finish it, it's God's work that saves and makes that salvation sure, God is not fickle that He would change His mind over what men do.

That is part of learning to eat meat: discerning good from evil.

What is a good work and what is bad works?

God doesn't need help "knowing" if His seed is in you. his Seed is the Holy Spirit.

However we might need the assurance that God's power is really working in our lives and thus we can examine if our thoughts and actions produce good fruit or bad.

I would vote the first option if it also stated that the work was of God and His grace and not by our own power but His divine will.
