Come on. Show some respect. Most likely the preterists on this forum have read those books and can explain it in a shorter fashion. This way one does not need to read 'hundreds of books' written by experts.
For me I would not even bother reading one of these books, due to the fact that full-preterism denies a future resurrection, which causes them to go outside of Orthodox Christianity, makes wild claims about world continuing as is forever, with nothing to back it up. This alone is enough for me to reject it.
Not to mention, this whole system was basically made up (to be honest, so was futurism with the way it is today, but Irenaeus also held to it) to distract the people from protestant claims of the antichrist being the man with the big hat.
