People in remote villages.
Asume they have never heard the old or new testament and have never been visited by missionaries, and never will.
But they are able to perceive the existence of God based on His invisible attributes in the created world, as says Romans 1:20.
In the next Chapter of Romans, verses 14-15 says that when gentiles, despite not having the law, do what the law requires, show that it is written on their hearts.
Does this mean that people who have never heard of Jesus will be in heaven?
In one sense, this would be consistent with God's loving nature, but in another, God could have easily placed these people in Alabama or Paris where they could hear the gospel of Jesus' death and resurrection, instead of the jungles of Congo.
