People who keep committing the same habitual, deliberate, known sin show the world and heaven they are NOT saved, but have either never turned to God or have turned away in a backslidden state...BOTH are going to hell and there's not a single thing a worthless OSAS License to Sin will be able to do about it.
Plenty of verses which teach a person in a saving relationship with Jesus can change their mind and wind up lost.

When we say things like this we raise the bar for our own self , not someone else
“Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.”
Romans 2:1 KJV
We set our own judgement according to how we judge others
“But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged:
condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned:
forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
Luke 6:35-38
You are setting yourself up for a hard fall by taking the position you have. Other people will be saved or condemned by their own response to Christ and his words. The same as you will.
Christ has a lot to say about not peering at others sins and dealing with our own sins . I know we sometimes think I son too but I’m. Ot like that habitual sinner over there but the truth is
if we have lied once we’re a transgressor the same as if we stole a hundred times once the law is broken all
Sinners are in the same boat
Christians are going to be judged by that law of liberty mercy for the merciful and judgement for the judges
“For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.”
James 2:10-13
Some people are in a hard fight for thier soul struggling against sin and don’t yet have the understanding to come out of it , your judgement is for you. But christs is for believers
